FAQ & Troubleshooting
Installer fails to launch or reports corruption
Delete the package, download a fresh copy from the official site, and verify compatibility with your CPU architecture. If errors persist, capture screenshot logs and submit them to official support channels. Do not disable system security features.
No response after web login
Check if your browser blocks redirection URLs, verify system time settings, and check network proxy configurations. Close and restart the client.
Permission issues when reading/writing files
Ensure the workspace directory is correct and appropriate file permissions are granted. Run tests with a blank text document first to avoid corruption of critical assets.
Backing up data before updates
Updates do not affect workspace documents. However, we recommend backing up critical files, credentials, and custom Skills periodically.
